Business Process Consultant, SLED & ERP
Overview
You will own process redesign for ERP and CRM implementations at SLED and Fortune clients. Reporting to the engagement lead, you will map current workflows, architect future processes, and guide PMO teams through rollout. This contract role puts you in Columbus with direct client exposure and a clear mandate to drive measurable operational change.
What You'll Do8
- 1Map existing business workflows across ERP and CRM modules to identify inefficiencies.
- 2Design future-state processes with client stakeholders, documenting requirements for PMO and QA teams.
- 3Lead discovery workshops and interviews to capture pain points and define success metrics.
- 4Build process documentation, including flowcharts, RACI matrices, and standard operating procedures.
- 5Collaborate with technical teams to translate process design into ERP configuration and CRM customizations.
- 6Drive adoption by training end-users and creating change management materials.
- 7Track process KPIs during rollout and adjust designs based on feedback and data.
- 8Present process recommendations to client leadership, securing approval and buy-in.
Requirements7
- 15+ years in business process consulting or process improvement roles.
- 22+ years implementing ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- 31+ years experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- 4Proven experience in SLED or Fortune client environments, preferably in public sector or utility domains.
- 5Strong understanding of PMO methodologies and process documentation standards.
- 6Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 7Ability to travel to client sites in Columbus, Ohio as required.
Salary Insight
$40 - $43k per year
