- 7Assist with administrative studies and projects as needed
- 8Enforce ergonomic safety practices to prevent workplace injuries
- 9Ensure office supplies and equipment meet daily operational needs
- 10Protect resident health information confidentiality and report breaches
- 11Report unauthorized disclosure of sensitive information
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or GED minimum requirement
- 2Ability to read and interpret business documents and technical procedures
- 3Proficiency in Excel and basic calculator use
- 4Knowledge of office equipment and clerical functions
- 55+ years experience in administrative or clerical roles
- 6Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- 7Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- 8Understanding of healthcare administrative processes
- 9Physical ability to lift 25 pounds and stand/sit for extended periods
- 10Willingness to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
