What You'll Do11
- 1Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Microsoft Power BI AI and other tools
- 2Design dashboards supporting membership conferences sponsorship education and executive reporting
- 3Continuously improve dashboards to make information more accessible and useful
- 4Collect organize validate and maintain data from multiple systems to improve quality
- 5Partner with IT teams to support reporting requirements and data integrations
- 6Collaborate across departments to understand reporting needs and develop solutions
- 7Provide guidance on dashboards and data visualization tools
- 8Evaluate reporting processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and automation
- 9Research and adopt AI-enabled tools to accelerate analysis and innovation
- 10Create recurring and ad hoc reports for staff volunteers and leadership
- 11Act as primary resource for organizational reporting and data quality
Requirements11
- 1Bachelor degree in Business Analytics Information Systems Data Analytics Statistics Business Administration Computer Science or related field
- 2Three or more years of experience in business intelligence data analytics reporting or related analytical roles
- 3Experience developing interactive dashboards using Microsoft Power BI
- 4Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for handling large datasets
- 5Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- 6Excellent communication skills for presenting information to technical and non-technical audiences
- 7Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering accurate high-quality work
- 8Curiosity initiative and independent research capability
- 9Familiarity with Power Query DAX or similar data transformation tools
- 10Experience creating interactive reports that communicate complex information clearly
- 11Experience integrating data from multiple business systems into centralized dashboards
