What You'll Do8
- 1Perform vehicle repair and maintenance tasks according to dealership and factory standards to drive customer loyalty
- 2Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer interactions
- 3Diagnose malfunctions and execute repairs when authorized by the customer
- 4Conduct multi-point inspections to ensure vehicle safety and reliability
- 5Document all work performed on repair orders
- 6Maintain specialized technician tools not typically inventoried by the Service department
- 7Stay current with factory technical bulletins and attend training classes
- 8Provide exceptional customer experiences to build loyalty
Requirements5
- 1High School diploma or equivalent
- 22+ years of automotive technician experience
- 3Automotive technical training relevant to the role
- 4Attention to detail and strong organization skills
- 5Valid in-state driver’s license with a clean driving record
