- 10Draft technical reports and maintain documentation
- 11Propose space optimization strategies and renovation plans
Requirements10
- 1Minimum five years of Building Management Specialist experience
- 2Two years project management experience
- 3US citizenship with background clearance
- 4Bachelor's degree in engineering architecture or construction management
- 5Proficiency with Maximo computerized maintenance system
- 6Knowledge of preventive maintenance and energy efficiency programs
- 7Experience with facility condition assessments
- 8Ability to manage contractor relationships
- 9Strong communication skills for resolving occupant issues
- 10Familiarity with procurement processes
