- 11Manage flexible schedule including overtime weekends and holidays
Requirements11
- 1Minimum two years commercial real estate maintenance experience
- 2Prior experience with Central Plant Equipment such as chillers boilers and thermal storage systems
- 3Strong knowledge of BMS/EMS platforms
- 4Ability to lift items over 75 pounds
- 5High school diploma or equivalency required
- 6Two-year degree preferred
- 7CFC Universal certification preferred
- 8Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- 9Excellent communication skills written and oral
- 10Proficiency with Outlook Word and Excel
- 11Customer service orientation with proven satisfaction metrics
