What You'll Do11

  • 1Maintain comprehensive facilities systems management program covering all connected and separate electrical mechanical life and safety systems
  • 2Inspect equipment to verify operation aligns with design capabilities and client specifications
  • 3Lead scope development work requests schedule and supervise contractor inspections
  • 4Respond promptly to emergencies and coordinate assistance when necessary
  • 5Review work orders estimate resources and procure required materials
  • 6Perform repairs and conduct preventive maintenance tasks
  • 7Document all maintenance and repair activities as required
  • 8Complete mandatory training and apply in-depth knowledge of industry standards
  • 9Participate in incident investigations audits and coaching sessions
  • 10Communicate complex information clearly and lead by example following CBRE values
  • 11Collaborate across teams to impact customer operational projects and service activities

Requirements8

  • 1High School Diploma or trade school diploma with 4-5 years relevant experience
  • 2Licenses or certifications required by local laws
  • 3Physical stamina to stoop stand walk climb stairs and lift 50 lbs or more
  • 4Strong analytical judgment and problem solving abilities
  • 5Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • 6Prior supervisory experience preferred
  • 7Ability to work 40-45 hours weekly
  • 8Current US work authorization eligibility
