Requirements10
- 1Minimum 8 years construction experience with proven production builder background
- 2Bachelor's degree in Construction or related field preferred
- 3Expertise in new home build processes scheduling and cost controls
- 4Certified Professional Constructor Card or equivalent certification
- 5Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction documentation
- 6Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and industry-specific software
- 7Excellent communication writing and organizational abilities
- 8Customer-focused mindset prioritizing client satisfaction
- 9Ability to flexibly prioritize tasks under tight deadlines
