Your station spans grills, fryers, and poaching stations, with 5+ years of high-volume cooking behind you. What You'll Do7
- 1Cook eggs, pancakes, bacon, and sausage to order, hitting exact temperatures and plate presentation within 4 minutes per ticket.
- 2Follow standardized recipes for each dish, measuring ingredients to the gram and adjusting for batch size.
- 3Operate grills, fryers, and poaching stations, dialing in heat and timing for perfect results every shift.
- 4Maintain ServSafe standards during food prep, storage, and cleanup, logging temperatures and sanitizing surfaces.
- 5Suggest weekly specials based on seasonal produce and member feedback, testing new recipes with the sous chef.
- 6Coordinate with the front-of-house team to time breakfast service for peak demand, clearing 50+ covers per hour.
- 7Prep ingredients for the next morning, slicing produce and portioning proteins to reduce waste.
Requirements7
- 12+ years cooking breakfast or brunch in a restaurant or country club.
- 21+ year operating commercial grills, fryers, and flat-top griddles.
- 3ServSafe or ServeSafe certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
- 4Strong knife skills, dicing and julienning vegetables at speed.
- 5Track record of hitting quality targets in high-volume settings.
- 6Knowledge of dietary needs, including gluten-free and vegetarian options.
- 7Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for 8-hour shifts.
