What You'll Do7
- 1Prep ingredients and cook menu items per recipes, locking in consistency across grill, sauté, and pantry.
- 2Assist in menu planning, suggesting plating tweaks that boost member satisfaction.
- 3Keep the line spotless, enforcing HACCP sanitation and temperature logs.
- 4Operate knives, ovens, and stoves safely, avoiding cross-contamination.
- 5Plate dishes within 90 seconds during rushes, syncing with servers for hot, accurate delivery.
- 6Follow food safety rules for storage, labeling, and cooling.
- 7Collaborate with the crew to hit ticket times when the club hits capacity.
Requirements6
- 12+ years line cook experience, with knife skills that slice and dice consistently.
- 2Solid grasp of food safety standards, including ServSafe or similar certification.
- 3Ability to pivot between stations under pressure without cutting corners.
- 4Team-first attitude, calling out tickets and backing up fellow cooks.
- 5Comfortable with dietary modifications, from low-sodium to gluten-free.
