Brand Ambassador, Cannabis Retail & Field Marketing in Phoenix
Overview
cannabis brand ambassador role focused on field marketing in the Phoenix area for Botanica brands. You will partner with the Field Marketing Manager and local sales team to support retailers, ensuring strong in-store presence and educating budtenders and customers. This is a part-time, on-the-road position requiring travel and weekend work, with potential growth to full-time. You will represent the brand at vendor days and retail events, maintain asset inventories, and report field insights to the Field Marketing Manager.
What You'll Do8
- 1Build and execute vendor days and merchandising in identified stores to drive brand visibility
- 2Deploy marketing assets and ensure brand standards across displays and signage
- 3Maintain living inventory of assets to meet retailer demand
- 4Prepare for Vendor Days with inventory checks and online menu audits
- 5Report competitive activity, budtender feedback, and customer insights to the Field Marketing Manager
- 6Track field behaviors through consistent reporting and administrative detail
- 7Complete Perfect Store Audits to assess sales and marketing KPIs
- 8Collaborate with the Field Marketing Manager to adapt activities to Arizona geography and retailer needs
Requirements10
- 1Based in Arizona, preferably Phoenix area
- 2Must be over 21 and hold FA Card or be eligible
- 3Must be able to lift 40 lbs
- 4Fully licensed driver with own transportation
- 5Ability to travel and work weekends
- 6Experience in cannabis industry is a plus
- 7Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
- 8Proficiency with G Suite tools
- 9Contractor (1099) engagement with self-managed taxes and expenses
- 101 year Brand Ambassador experience preferred
