Overview
Own customer engagement at a busy cannabis dispensary location with on the job training. You’ll assist customers, provide product recommendations, and ensure a clean, welcoming environment. What You'll Do10

- 3Develop sales and customer service skills through on the job training
- 4Maintain cleanliness and organization within the dispensary
- 5Complete tasks from management promptly and accurately
- 6Support cash handling and point of sale activities
- 7Assist teammates during rush periods to ensure efficient service
- 8Tag or restock shelves as needed
- 9Engage with customers to gather feedback and share trends
- 10Assist in maintaining a safe and compliant work environment
Requirements10
- 1Positive, outgoing, and welcoming attitude
- 2Open availability for morning and evening shifts including holidays
- 3Minimum 30 hours per week
- 4High School Diploma/GED
- 5Ability to stand for 8 hours, move and lift up to 50 lbs
- 6Comfortable using a computer during shifts
- 7Willingness to learn about cannabis products and trends
- 8Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- 9Commitment to maintaining a clean workspace
- 10Personal smartphone required for shift communications
