Requirements9
- 15 years leading associates in warehouse or retail environments
- 2Minimum 3 years managing P&L
- 3Experience building cross-functional relationships in matrixed settings
- 4Proficiency with Microsoft Office and WMS systems
- 5Bi-lingual skills if applicable
- 6Available to work set schedules potentially including shifts
- 7Exposure to varied weather conditions and physical demands
- 8Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
