Requirements9
- 1Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management Transportation Industrial Engineering Business or related field plus 3 years of experience in distribution center operations
- 2Minimum 7 years of experience in distribution center or warehouse operations with increasing responsibilities
- 3Leadership experience with direct reports including salary-level management
- 4Proven track record of mentoring and coaching team members
- 5Experience leading organizational change initiatives
- 6Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance and up to 70 pounds
- 7Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems
- 8Familiarity with safety compliance frameworks
- 9Bi-lingual communication skills preferred
