What You'll Do10
- 1Conduct functional assessments using VB-MAPP ABLLS or AFLS

- 5Coordinate with administrators and autism case coordinators
- 6Participate in IEP meetings and provide ABA therapist training
- 7Deliver direct instruction and supervise behavioral interventions

- 9Review and approve treatment plan documentation
- 10Maintain client confidentiality under HIPAA regulations
Requirements8
- 1Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- 2Board-Certified Behavior Analyst Certification by the BACB
- 35+ years experience in clinical settings
- 4Supervision experience for RBTs and behavior therapists
- 5Knowledge of autism disorders and evidence-based practices
- 6Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- 7Strong written communication and reporting abilities
- 8Ability to work independently and respond promptly to requests
