What You'll Do11
- 1Design and implement treatment plans that align with client needs and evidence-based practices
- 2Supervise and mentor RBTs through the Everest Program to achieve BCBA certification
- 3Collaborate with families to establish measurable therapeutic goals
- 4Deliver play-based therapy sessions focused on skill development and engagement
- 5Analyze client progress and adjust interventions accordingly
- 6Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory standards
- 7Participate in ongoing research initiatives led by Dr. Linda LeBlanc
- 8Contribute to clinical guidance through our Clinical Advisory Board
- 9Support center operations including scheduling and resource allocation
- 10Develop training materials and share best practices with team members
- 11Promote a positive work environment that supports staff well-being
Requirements11
- 15+ years experience in behavior analysis using Spark and Airflow
- 2Master's Degree required
- 3Current BCBA certification
- 4Proven leadership experience in clinical settings
- 5Strong communication skills for family collaboration
- 6Ability to work flexible hours with occasional remote work days
- 7Commitment to continuing education with minimum 10 CEUs annually
- 8Experience with data-driven decision making in therapy delivery
- 9Familiarity with ABA ethical guidelines and best practices
- 10Relocation willingness to selected locations
- 11Background check clearance
