What You'll Do11

  • 7Participate in ongoing research initiatives led by Dr. Linda LeBlanc
  • 8Contribute to clinical guidance through our Clinical Advisory Board
  • 9Support center operations including scheduling and resource allocation
  • 10Develop training materials and share best practices with team members
  • 11Promote a positive work environment that supports staff well-being

Requirements11

  • 15+ years experience in behavior analysis using Spark and Airflow
  • 2Master's Degree required
  • 3Current BCBA certification
  • 4Proven leadership experience in clinical settings
  • 5Strong communication skills for family collaboration
  • 6Ability to work flexible hours with occasional remote work days
  • 7Commitment to continuing education with minimum 10 CEUs annually
  • 8Experience with data-driven decision making in therapy delivery
  • 9Familiarity with ABA ethical guidelines and best practices
  • 10Relocation willingness to selected locations
  • 11Background check clearance
