Overview
We seek a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to lead treatment planning and mentor staff at a Detroit based clinic. You will develop clinically sound plans and supervise RBTs to ensure high quality care. This full time role offers competitive compensation and extensive benefits.
What You'll Do11
- 1Design and implement treatment plans that engage patients and families
- 2Supervise and mentor RBTs to maintain consistent care standards

- 7Contribute to clinical guidance through our advisory board
- 8Maintain detailed records and documentation for regulatory compliance
- 9Support center operations including scheduling and resource allocation
- 10Engage in professional development and continuing education activities

Requirements11
- 15+ years experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
- 2Master's degree in behavior analysis required
- 3Current BCBA certification must be maintained
- 4Proven leadership skills in clinical settings
- 5Strong communication abilities for family collaboration
- 6Ability to work independently and make clinical decisions
- 7Commitment to ethical evidence based practice
