What You'll Do5
- 1Develop individualized ABA treatment plans tailored to client needs
- 2Conduct assessments and adjust programming based on client progress
- 3Provide direct supervision and ongoing training to RBTs and behavior technicians
- 4Collaborate with caregivers, families, and internal teams to support skill generalization
- 5Analyze data and maintain accurate documentation aligned with insurance guidelines
Requirements5
- 1Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis Psychology Education or related field
- 2Active Board Certified Behavioral Analyst certification in good standing
- 3Michigan state license or eligibility to obtain
- 4Strong leadership and communication skills
- 5Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for in-home visits
Salary Insight
$60 - $75k per year
