Board Certified Behavior Analyst West Chester PA
Overview
Soliant Philadelphia Pennsylvania onsite contract role supports students' success and well-being as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for the 2026/2027 school year. This position runs September through the end of the school year with consistent Monday through Friday hours of 8:00am to 3:00pm including a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. Work closely with grades 1-8 creating and implementing behavior intervention strategies to help each student reach their potential in a supportive educational environment.
What You'll Do6
- 1Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and write individualized behavior intervention programs
- 2Collaborate with teachers paraprofessionals and related service providers to ensure consistent implementation of plans
- 3Support students in grades 1-8 with various needs making adjustments as necessary to foster progress
- 4Train and coach staff on behavioral interventions and best practices
- 5Document student progress maintain detailed records and participate in IEP meetings as needed
- 6Serve as a resource for parent and staff education regarding behavior support
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience working with elementary and middle school-aged children
- 3Board Certified behavior analysis certification
- 4Certified in ABA
- 5Proven ability to develop and implement effective behavior intervention plans
