Part Time BCBA Philadelphia ABA Contract
Overview
We seek a detail-oriented BCBA professional to join our team in Philadelphia. This part-time position requires immediate onboarding and involves supervision once weekly. The role focuses on delivering ABA therapy to children aged nine years old. Candidates must complete a W2 contract using Central reach for data collection. Responsibilities include evaluating clients creating behavior plans conducting observations designing instruments analyzing data providing staff training and conducting parent training.
What You'll Do5
- 1Evaluate and work with a client to create functional behavior evaluations and create behavior plans
- 2Work with the behavior technicians to ensure that all treatment plans and programs are carried out effectively
- 3Conduct observations design data collection instruments summarize and analyze behavioral data
- 4Provide ongoing training to staff concerning the appropriate use of crisis prevention behavior management and intervention techniques
- 5Conduct Parent Training on specific treatment goals

- 1Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- 2NJ LBA
- 35+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 43-5 seasons of experience
- 5Ability to travel to Beverly NJ location
