What You'll Do5
- 1Supervise BT RBT staff and manage a small caseload while delivering direct supervision
- 2Review session data collaborate with families and adjust individualized treatment plans
- 3Conduct regular team meetings and provide administrative support from the Clinical Manager
- 4Deliver evidence‑based behavioral interventions using Office 365 and ABA software platforms
- 5Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations
Requirements5
- 1Certification as a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- 2Minimum one year experience serving children adolescents or adults with diverse special needs
- 3Proficiency with behavioral intervention strategies and applicable laws
- 4Strong technical skills in Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint and clinical documentation systems
- 5Ability to stand sit follow lift up to fifty pounds and engage in physically active therapeutic activities
