Board Certified Behavior Analyst Remote ABA Services
Overview
We seek a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to deliver remote Applied Behavior Analysis services to children and families across multiple states. You will conduct assessments design individualized treatment plans supervise behavior technicians and partner with caregivers to drive measurable progress. This role offers fully remote flexibility with no set caseload limits and includes an LBA Expansion Program.
What You'll Do5
- 1Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
- 2Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs
- 3Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- 4Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
- 5Maintain accurate documentation and ensure services align with ethical and clinical standards
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis Psychology Education or a related field
- 3Active BCBA certification in good standing
- 4Strong communication and organizational skills
- 5Preferred experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
