Overview
We seek a passionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to transform lives through evidence-based interventions. What You'll Do7
- 1Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments including Functional Behavior Assessments to identify behavior causes and inform interventions
- 2Develop and implement ABA-based behavior intervention plans tailored to each client's unique needs
- 3Collect and analyze session data to track progress and adjust treatments
- 4Provide clinical supervision to behavior technicians ensuring high-quality service delivery
- 5Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to maintain consistent care across settings
- 6Ensure HIPAA compliance through accurate documentation and client confidentiality
- 7Support intake assessments and progress reporting while communicating treatment goals
Requirements9
- 1Valid BCBA certification with current status
- 2Proven experience with autism spectrum disorders and neurodevelopmental conditions
- 3Strong knowledge of ABA principles and behavioral assessments
- 4Experience working in diverse environments like homes schools or clinics
- 5Ability to perform detailed data collection and trend analysis
- 6Excellent communication skills for engaging children families and professionals
- 7Familiarity with medical record management and HIPAA compliance
- 8Clinical supervision experience preferred
- 9Detailed understanding of behavioral health assessment processes

$88 - $106k per year
