What You'll Do8
- 1Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
- 2Provide direct supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- 3Monitor and analyze client progress making necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- 4Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- 5Maintain accurate documentation of client sessions and progress reports
- 6Stay current with best practices in applied behavior analysis and related fields
- 7Participate in team meetings and contribute to program development
- 8Provide training and support for families on behavior management techniques
Requirements9
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading behavior analysis projects
- 3Bachelor's degree in Psychology Education or related field
- 4Current certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
- 5Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- 6Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- 7Knowledge of behavior analysis principles and ethical guidelines
- 8Compassionate demeanor and commitment to client success
- 9Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Salary Insight
$40 - $50k per year
