What You'll Do7
- 1Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations and functional behavior assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored treatment plans
- 2Design implement and supervise behavioral therapy programs grounded in applied behavior analysis principles to promote skill acquisition and reduce maladaptive behaviors
- 3Collect analyze and document data meticulously to monitor progress and adjust interventions accordingly ensuring measurable outcomes
- 4Collaborate closely with families caregivers educators and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care strategies and provide training on behavioral techniques
- 5Maintain accurate medical documentation patient records and HIPAA compliant records in accordance with legal and organizational standards
- 6Lead intake assessments for new clients ensuring comprehensive understanding of individual needs and goals
- 7Provide supervision and mentorship to behavior technicians and junior staff fostering professional development within the team
Requirements7
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2CPC Card certification
- 3BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- 43-5 seasons experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities especially autism spectrum disorder
- 5Familiarity with medical terminology patient assessment procedures and medical records management
- 6Knowledge of HIPAA regulations related to patient privacy and confidentiality
- 7Prior work involving special education environments or direct work with people with disabilities is highly desirable
