Board Certified Behavior Analyst Seattle Development Center
Overview
The Sunflower Development Center seeks a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to lead therapeutic interventions for children. In this role you will own comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop customized treatment strategies that prioritize meaningful outcomes and quality of life. What You'll Do11
- 1Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill based evaluations
- 2Design and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable goals
- 3Analyze client data to guide clinical programming decisions
- 4Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians
- 5Provide caregiver education and family counseling sessions
- 6Collaborate with speech language pathologists occupational therapists and external providers
- 7Participate in case reviews and interdisciplinary treatment planning
- 8Maintain accurate documentation meeting insurance and regulatory standards
- 9Develop skill acquisition programs targeting communication social skills and adaptive living
- 10Ensure compliance with BACB guidelines and state licensing requirements
- 11Drive program improvements and maintain high quality of care
Requirements11
- 1Active BCBA certification through BACB Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst in Massachusetts
- 2Experience working with children aged 3 to 18
- 3Proven track record of data driven decision making
- 4Strong supervisory abilities for clinical staff
- 5Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 6Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- 7Demonstrated expertise with cloud platforms such as AWS and Kubernetes
- 8Certification in CPC Card or equivalent professional credential
- 9Minimum 5 years of clinical experience
- 10Familiarity with Spark and Airflow for ETL processes
- 11Commitment to ethical practice and patient centered care
Salary Insight
$80 - $95k per year
