- 1Conduct behavioral and functional assessments
- 2Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based ABA practices
- 3Design skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
- 4Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians
- 5Monitor client progress through ongoing data analysis
- 6Modify treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
- 7Provide caregiver education and parent coaching
- 8Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- 9Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment team
- 10Participate in clinical meetings and professional development
- 11Uphold ethical clinical practice according to BACB standards
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Master`s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- 3Minimum of one year experience as a BCBA
- 4Strong knowledge of Natural Environment Teaching (NET)
- 5Excellent communication collaboration leadership skills
- 6Compassionate child-led assent-based ABA practices
- 7Empathy flexibility professionalism emotional intelligence
