Overview
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Align ABA, you will own clinical outcomes for a caseload of 8-12 clients across home, school, and community settings in the Chicagoland area. You will report to a BCBA-owned leadership team and collaborate with a small group of RBTs and therapists. What You'll Do8
- 1Conduct initial assessments and reassessments using VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and FBA to establish baseline and track progress.
- 2Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans that align with each client's needs and family goals.
- 3Supervise and provide feedback to RBTs during in-person sessions, ensuring high-fidelity implementation of behavior plans.
- 4Deliver BCBA supervision and protocol modifications based on ongoing data analysis and clinical outcomes.
- 5Lead caregiver training and consultation sessions to build skills and ensure consistency across environments.
- 6Collaborate with families, schools, and other therapists through regular communication and team meetings.
- 7Analyze client data using Excel and CentralReach to make informed programming decisions and document progress.
- 8Participate in client intake interviews and help build your own caseload to match your clinical interests.
Requirements7
- 1Active BCBA certification from the BACB and a master's degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field.
- 22+ years of experience providing ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings.
- 3Proven experience conducting FBAs and writing behavior intervention plans.
- 4Demonstrated ability to supervise RBTs and provide constructive feedback.
- 5Strong background in data collection and analysis using tools like Excel or CentralReach.
- 6Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to client appointments.
- 7Must reside in or be willing to commute to the Chicagoland area.
