Overview

Dynamis ABA International seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to lead 1:1 ABA therapy across diverse settings. This role focuses on creating individualized treatment plans that enhance life skills for individuals with Autism and challenging behaviors. What You'll Do9

  • 1Deliver personalized ABA therapy in homes schools community or business environments
  • 2Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and develop treatment plans using ABA principles
  • 3Design and maintain data collection systems to monitor client progress
  • 4Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians during treatment implementation
  • 5Train families on therapeutic strategies and home practice techniques
  • 6Coordinate schedules between RBTs and clients or families
  • 7Maintain safe and supportive therapeutic environments
  • 8Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and conduct training sessions
  • 9Update treatment plans based on assessment results and client needs

Requirements11

  • 15+ years experience in ABA therapy within homes schools or community settings
  • 2Master’s degree in ABA Psychology Education Human Development or related field
  • 3Certification as Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • 4Proven experience with children who have developmental disabilities or behavior challenges
  • 5Previous supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians
  • 6Familiarity with Functional Behavior Assessment methodologies
  • 7Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • 8Ability to travel locally for onsite appointments
  • 9Valid CPR and BLS certification
  • 10Passion for supporting individuals with autism and their families
  • 11Reliable transportation for client visits
