What You'll Do8
- 1Diagnose and repair complex biomedical equipment, performing PM and safety inspections.
- 2Lead and mentor technicians, guiding them on basic and complex repairs and resolutions.
- 3Establish proactive daily communication with customers to ensure issue resolution and strong satisfaction.
- 4Implement GE and customer facility contracts, supporting business goals and objectives.
- 5Coordinate team service delivery, delegating tasks and handling administrative duties for assigned accounts.
- 6Document all repair actions and submit reports/summaries per schedule.
- 7Manage parts inventory and ensure proper care of spares, tools, and test equipment.
- 8Share on-call responsibilities and enhance technical knowledge through formal instruction.
Requirements10
- 1Associate's or Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field plus 6+ years servicing medical equipment.
- 2Equivalent military education and 6+ years servicing medical equipment.
- 3High School Diploma/GED and 8+ years servicing medical equipment.
- 4Proficiency in electronic documentation using iPad and iPhone.
- 5Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs.
- 6Experience developing and maintaining customer relations with nurses, doctors, and leadership.
- 7Ability to interface with internal teams and external customers in a solution-based service process.
- 8Strong communication skills to explain technical issues to customers in an easy-to-understand manner.
- 9Ability to work independently and as a team to implement solutions.
- 10Must pass background check, drug test, and comply with customer access policies.
