What You'll Do5
- 1Build guest relationships through one-on-one interactions and announcements about calendar promotions
- 2Handle cash, documentation, and prize payouts with accuracy using mental math
- 3Assist with bingo games, equipment, and paper handling while maintaining game integrity
- 4Coordinate with Bingo Supervisor and Security to detect floor irregularities and cheating attempts
- 5Provide coverage for staffing and business needs across shifts and departments to maintain operations
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred
- 21-3 years of customer service experience required
- 3Strong money handling and documentation skills
- 4Knowledge of casino rules, procedures, and regulatory requirements pertaining to Bingo Operations
- 5Ability to lift up to 20 pounds, push/pull up to 75 pounds, and stand for long periods
