What You'll Do10

  • 1Prepare and issue invoices within required timelines using ERP systems.
  • 2Review agreements and billing terms to confirm each invoice matches contract conditions.
  • 3Track billable hours, expenses, and supporting documents in Excel and internal tools.
  • 4Maintain complete and accurate billing records for audit and reconciliation.
  • 5Research and resolve billing discrepancies or variances with attention to detail.
  • 6Respond to internal and external inquiries related to billing status and corrections.
  • 7Ensure data integrity across billing systems and records by running validation checks.
  • 8Partner with operations, project teams, and accounting to validate billing information before submission.
  • 9Gather and verify data needed for accurate invoice generation from multiple sources.
  • 10Coordinate with stakeholders to address and resolve billing issues, documenting resolutions.

Requirements7

  • 11+ years in billing, accounts receivable, or accounting support.
  • 2Familiarity with invoicing processes and financial recordkeeping using Excel.
  • 3Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office tools for data management.
  • 4Experience with ERP or billing systems preferred, but not required.
  • 5Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to catch errors.
  • 6Ability to manage deadlines in a high-volume environment without sacrificing accuracy.
  • 7Effective written and verbal communication skills for cross-team coordination.
