Billing Specialist, Accounts Receivable & Invoicing
Overview
You will own the end-to-end invoicing cycle for a high-volume portfolio, ensuring every invoice is accurate and issued on time. You will work in a team of billing and accounting professionals, partnering with operations and project teams to align billing with contract terms. What You'll Do10

- 4Maintain complete and accurate billing records for audit and reconciliation.
- 5Research and resolve billing discrepancies or variances with attention to detail.
- 6Respond to internal and external inquiries related to billing status and corrections.
- 7Ensure data integrity across billing systems and records by running validation checks.
- 8Partner with operations, project teams, and accounting to validate billing information before submission.
- 9Gather and verify data needed for accurate invoice generation from multiple sources.
- 10Coordinate with stakeholders to address and resolve billing issues, documenting resolutions.
Requirements7
- 11+ years in billing, accounts receivable, or accounting support.
- 2Familiarity with invoicing processes and financial recordkeeping using Excel.
- 3Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office tools for data management.
- 4Experience with ERP or billing systems preferred, but not required.
- 5Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to catch errors.
- 6Ability to manage deadlines in a high-volume environment without sacrificing accuracy.
- 7Effective written and verbal communication skills for cross-team coordination.
