What You'll Do11
- 1Prepare client and member invoices while processing payments and reconciliations
- 2Navigate complex data to extract insights and resolve discrepancies
- 3Conduct research on multiple systems to address inquiries and disruptions
- 4Provide exceptional customer service via phone and written channels
- 5Ensure PHI security and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
- 6Identify workflow improvement opportunities and escalate issues
- 7Collaborate with teams and vendors to resolve inquiries timely
- 8Participate in meetings to foster relationships and stay updated on account status
- 9Serve as a subject matter expert providing guidance internally and externally
- 10Perform additional duties as assigned
- 11Organize and prioritize tasks while managing time effectively
Requirements6
- 11+ years of related work experience
- 2High school diploma or equivalent
- 3Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel with formulas
- 4Health insurance experience or understanding of Medicaid and Medicare
- 5Experience with Billing Finance or Operations
- 6Teleworking arrangement available
