Own the full-cycle recruitment for Nation Security, a Miami-based security firm with 25+ years in law enforcement and military services. What You'll Do9
- 1Own the full hiring cycle from sourcing to onboarding, using LinkedIn Recruiter and JazzHR to manage pipelines.
- 2Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview criteria, and compensation bands for each open position.
- 3Deliver a white-glove candidate experience, from first contact to offer acceptance, with a focus on bilingual Spanish speakers.
- 4Create and execute sourcing strategies on Indeed, Glassdoor, and social media to attract qualified security professionals.
- 5Maintain compliance with EEOC and Florida labor laws in all recruitment documentation and interview processes.
- 6Track pipeline health and time-to-fill metrics in Excel and present weekly updates to the recruitment lead.
- 7Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, handling logistics and feedback collection.
- 8Build a candidate database for future openings, tagging skills like CCTV and access control for quick retrieval.
- 9Conduct reference checks and background screenings via JazzHR and SentryLink before extending offers.
Requirements8
- 13+ years as a recruiter, with 1+ years in bilingual recruitment (English/Spanish).
- 2Fluent verbal and written communication in both English and Spanish.
- 3Experience with ATS systems, including JazzHR, Greenhouse, or Lever.
- 4Strong organizational skills to manage 5+ open roles simultaneously.
- 5High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- 6Detail-oriented with proven problem-solving abilities in high-volume hiring.
- 7Knowledge of security industry roles, such as security officers and armed guards, is a plus.
- 8Ability to build trust with candidates and hiring managers through professional communication.
