What You'll Do11
- 1Provide therapeutic services and support to families in wraparound teams and individual meetings
- 2Coordinate resources and build networks for linguistically diverse families
- 3Share personal stories to enhance family engagement and clinical awareness
- 4Maintain accurate case records per Medi-Cal and SDCC policies
- 5Translate documents and coordinate care with Spanish-speaking families
- 6Assist parents with wellness notebooks and behavioral health services
- 7Coordinate treatment with schools psychiatrists and community resources
- 8Participate in Program Advisory Group and WrapWorks events
- 9Fulfill required trainings including cultural competency and HIPAA compliance
- 10Develop and present information to management and public groups
- 11Fulfill all employment prerequisites including driver's license and transportation
Requirements10
- 1Bilingual English Spanish proficiency
- 2Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- 3High school diploma or equivalent
- 4Equivalent experience in wraparound programs or parent education
- 5Peer Support Certification preferred
- 6Ability to work evenings and meet flexible scheduling needs
- 7Strong communication skills for multi-disciplinary collaboration
- 8Experience with mental health services for children and families
- 9Understanding of Medi-Cal documentation requirements
- 10Commitment to serving underserved populations
