What You'll Do5
- 1Greet room and assist patients ensuring a welcoming experience
- 2Obtain and document vital signs medical histories and clinical information in EMR/EHR systems
- 3Perform clinical tasks such as phlebotomy EKGs injections and specimen collection
- 4Deliver exceptional patient service while managing high volume interactions in a fast paced environment
- 5Utilize EMR platforms like Epic Athenahealth and leverage bilingual Spanish English communication skills
Requirements5
- 1High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 21-2 years of hands on clinical experience as a Medical Assistant or similar role required
- 3Completion of a Medical Assistant training program and/or current CMA RMA or CCMA certification preferred
- 4Proven patient facing experience in fast paced environment required
- 5Fluency in Spanish and English required
