Pediatric Behavioral Health Therapist at Zarminali Pediatrics joins a growing Denver area team delivering coordinated, child-centered care through telehealth and technology-enabled collaboration. You will partner with pediatric providers, care teams, and families to deliver assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans for a range of developmental and behavioral needs. This role sits within an integrative care model that emphasizes whole-child care and remote collaboration to expand access to care. The clinician will provide community based trauma informed psychotherapy and intensive clinical case management to Spanish speaking youth at risk of or who have experienced exploitation. Work includes crisis intervention, safety planning, and transition to adulthood support within a telehealth and in person hybrid model within a 90 mile radius. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver wraparound services and coordinate with partner agencies.

You will own a consistent outpatient caseload in a 100% remote setting, delivering structured, evidence-based care to patients with lower to moderate acuity conditions like anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, and OCD. You operate within a model built by clinicians, not retrofitted from inpatient systems, ensuring your practice aligns with professional judgment. You join a team of 700+ psychiatrists and 300+ therapists, supported by in-house referrals, credentialing, billing, and scheduling. LCSW will lead pediatric telehealth behavioral health care across North Carolina and beyond, managing a caseload of children and adolescents through episodic and long-term therapy.
