What You'll Do10

  • 1Build high-quality pediatric behavioral health assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans for children and adolescents
  • 2Deliver telehealth sessions to pediatric patients across developmental, emotional, and behavioral needs
  • 3Develop and document care plans with clear family engagement and education components
  • 4Collaborate with pediatric providers and multispecialty teams to ensure coordinated, whole-child care
  • 5Maintain compliant clinical documentation and ensure regulatory standards are met
  • 6Engage families to reinforce understanding, alignment, and participation in care
  • 7Promote emotional development and resilience through early intervention and evidence-based care
  • 8Support remote patient care through technology-enabled collaboration and virtual visits
  • 9Monitor patient engagement and clinical quality, adjusting care as needed
  • 10Contribute to continuous improvement of the integrated care model through feedback and learning

Requirements7

  • 1Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field from an accredited program
  • 2Current and unrestricted license to practice as an LPC or LCSW or LMFT in Colorado
  • 3Minimum of 2 to 3 years of post-licensure experience providing therapy, assessment, or behavioral health services to pediatric patients ages 3-18
  • 4Experience working in collaborative, team-based environments that integrate behavioral and physical health
  • 5Experience assessing and treating pediatric behavioral health conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, behavioral challenges, trauma, and adjustment concerns
  • 6Experience delivering care through telehealth or virtual platforms (preferred)
  • 7Ability to thrive in a remote environment with strong communication and accountability
