Bilingual Inside Sales Service Representative
Overview
You will own the full client journey for a growing Farmers Insurance agency in Dallas, from onboarding to renewal, across Spanish and English. You'll work directly with the agent to translate complex policy language into plain talk, resolve billing and claims issues, and cross-sell products that fit each client's life. This role is the heartbeat of the office, balancing phone, email, and in-person service with meticulous record-keeping. You'll join a purpose-driven team that values integrity and education, where your bilingual skills directly fuel client trust and agency growth. What You'll Do6
- 1Deliver outstanding service across phone, text, email, and in-person, handling each interaction with patience and clarity.
- 2Explain insurance coverage details in everyday language, turning jargon into decisions.
- 3Conduct onboarding interviews for new customers and renewal interviews with existing clients, identifying needs, resolving concerns, and cross-selling products.
- 4Process policy updates, billing inquiries, and claims support, ensuring every issue gets resolved end-to-end.
- 5Maintain accurate client records in our agency management system, following up on outstanding items until closure.
- 6Support agency sales and service operations, pitching in where the team needs you most.
Requirements5
- 1Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
- 21+ years of customer service or sales experience, with a proven ability to build rapport.
- 3Excellent communication and people skills, with active listening at the core.
