Bilingual Customer Service Representative, Public Safety & Court Programs
Overview
Bilingual Customer Service Representative role in Orlando supporting court-ordered and voluntary DUI programs. You will own front-line client interactions, handling inquiries, documenting transactions, and ensuring confidentiality at a local scale. You will work with a small team in a mission-driven non-profit environment that emphasizes work/life balance. This role is onsite and requires strong communication in English and Spanish.

Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 2Minimum of three (3) years of customer service or administrative support experience
- 3Minimum of three (3) years of data entry experience
- 4Fluent in English and Spanish
- 5Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and data entry applications
- 6Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 7Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- 8Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- 9Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- 10Ability to work independently and as part of a team
