Overview
We seek a bilingual Corporate Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for Vertex Group. This role partners with hiring managers and HR to source, engage, and hire top talent across functions. Ideal candidate has Quick Service Restaurant recruiting experience, fluent English Spanish communication, and onsite availability 4 days weekly.
What You'll Do9
- 1Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned corporate roles including intake meetings sourcing screening interview coordination offer negotiation and closing candidates
- 2Consult with hiring managers to understand hiring needs timelines and candidate profiles
- 3Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- 4Source active and passive candidates using modern recruiting tools referrals and networking strategies
- 5Support searches across varying levels including specialized and hard-to-fill positions
- 6Deliver responsive high-quality candidate experience
- 7Track recruiting activity pipeline health and key recruiting metrics
- 8Maintain accurate data within ATS platforms Dayforce and Fountain preferred
- 9Provide regular updates to stakeholders and recommend solutions when challenges arise
Requirements8
- 13+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
- 2Prior Quick Service Restaurant recruiting experience required
- 3Fluent bilingual English Spanish communication skills required
- 4Ability to work onsite 4 days per week
- 5Experience recruiting within Mexico and broader LATAM/LAC region preferred
- 6Strong sourcing and passive candidate engagement skills
- 7Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously with speed and professionalism
- 8Highly organized with strong attention to detail
