Overview
You will manage a portfolio of 400 active business-to-business accounts valued at $2.5 million, driving collections and customer resolution. Oversee daily account reviews, prioritize past-due balances, and handle high-volume correspondence via CLM systems. Work cross-functionally with Finance, Billing, and Customer Service to resolve inquiries and maintain accurate records. - 1Manage a portfolio of 400 B2B accounts valued at $2.5 million, prioritizing follow-ups on past-due balances.
- 2Handle 50 customer cases daily via email and CLM system, documenting interactions accurately.
- 3Collaborate with Finance, Billing, and Customer Service to resolve account discrepancies and payment issues.
- 4Generate and update reports in Excel, meeting department deadlines and performance metrics.
- 5Balance collection goals with a professional, customer-focused approach to preserve client relationships.
- 6Support team goals to achieve monthly bonus targets through consistent performance.
- 7Participate in training to deepen knowledge of collections, financial services, and internal processes.
- 8Maintain accurate customer records and update account information in company systems promptly.
Requirements8
- 112+ months of office, administrative, customer service, billing, or accounts payable experience.
- 2Bilingual communication skills, with business-to-business proficiency in a second language (Spanish preferred).
- 3Strong written and verbal communication, especially for email-based correspondence.
- 4Proven ability to manage 50+ cases daily with accuracy and professionalism.
- 5Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel for data entry and reporting.
- 6High attention to detail and organizational skills for managing a large account portfolio.
- 7Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset.
