Seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team at Asteri Behavioral Treatment Center in Los Angeles. What You'll Do8
- 1Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes
- 2Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
- 3Teach communication social play self-help and daily living skills
- 4Reduce challenging behaviors using positive evidence-based strategies
- 5Collect accurate session data and complete clinical documentation
- 6Collaborate with supervising clinicians to support client progress
- 7Communicate professionally with families and caregivers
- 8Attend ongoing training and team meetings
Requirements8
- 1High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- 2Experience working with children is a plus but not required
- 3Minimum of 15 hours per week availability
- 4Afternoon/evening availability between 1:00 PM and 8:00 PM
- 5Reliable vehicle with valid driver's license and current auto insurance
- 6Strong communication professionalism and organizational skills
- 7Willingness to travel up to 25 miles from home for client sessions
