Overview
Asteri Behavioral Treatment Center seeks compassionate professionals to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy for children in Los Angeles. Candidates will provide paid training and mentorship while supporting clients aged 3–17 years. This role emphasizes skill development, positive reinforcement, and family collaboration.
What You'll Do8
- 1Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in client homes
- 2Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
- 3Teach communication social play self-help and daily living skills
- 4Reduce challenging behaviors using evidence-based strategies
- 5Collect accurate session data and complete clinical documentation
- 6Collaborate with supervising clinicians to support client progress
- 7Communicate professionally with families and caregivers
- 8Attend ongoing training and team meetings
Requirements9
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- 315 hours per week minimum commitment
- 4Afternoon/evening availability between 1:00 PM and 8:00 PM
- 5Reliable vehicle with valid driver's license and insurance
- 6Willingness to travel up to 25 miles for client sessions
- 7Strong communication professionalism and organizational skills
- 8Comfort learning data collection and behavior intervention techniques
- 9Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply
