Behavioral Health Technician, Residential Treatment for Girls 12-17
Overview
Behavioral Health Technician to support a brand-new residential program for adolescent girls ages 12–17 in Cranberry Township, PA. Own direct care, supervision, and therapeutic engagement in a safe structured setting across multiple shifts. Work with a mission-driven startup team, collaborating with caseworkers and the treatment team to execute individualized plans and promote growth. What You'll Do10
- 1Build direct care relationships with residents in 1:1 and group settings to support behavior change
- 2Provide supervision, safety, and well-being across shifts to maintain a structured program
- 3Assist with daily routines, programming, and therapeutic activities
- 4Complete and maintain daily documentation including progress notes and logs
- 5Collaborate with caseworkers and treatment team to support treatment plans and goals
- 6Participate in therapeutic groups and recreational activities to support social development
- 7Support crisis intervention as needed per training and protocols
- 8Assist with data collection and reporting to track resident progress
- 9Foster a positive, supportive environment that encourages emotional growth
- 10Support onboarding and adherence to program policies and safety standards
Requirements7
- 1Age 21+ required
- 2High School Diploma or GED required
- 3Experience in behavioral health, human services, youth care, or residential settings preferred
- 4Valid driver’s license required
- 5PA Child Abuse Clearance (Act 33) and PA Criminal Background Clearance required
- 6FBI Fingerprint Clearance (Act 73) required
- 7Ability to complete Safe Crisis Management (SCM) training (provided)
