Overview
Own client monitoring, safety, and daily structure for a detox and residential program at scale. Work CPR/First Aid certified environments with a supportive team in Phoenix. You’ll engage with clients, maintain boundaries, and collaborate with clinical staff to promote real recovery. What You'll Do7
- 1Build daily structure and engagement to keep clients grounded and oriented
- 2Monitor client safety and observe changes to intervene early
- 3Support group activities, appointments, and transitions and transport when needed
- 4Complete documentation including shift notes and incident reports accurately
- 5Communicate during shift changes to ensure team alignment and safety
- 6Provide empathetic client support to normalize recovery challenges and foster accountability
- 7De-escalate crises using trained techniques and coordinate with clinical staff
Requirements7
- 1High School Diploma or GED
- 2Experience in behavioral health, detox, sober living, or residential treatment preferred
- 3Strong communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
- 4Clear boundaries professionalism and a team-first mindset
- 5Valid driver’s license preferred
- 6CPR/First Aid or willingness to complete upon hire
- 7Must be able to stay awake for the entire shift
Salary Insight
$37 - $44k per year
