Behavior Technician RightWay ABA
Overview
RightWay ABA seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician to advance toward Registered Behavior Technician certification. This role supports clients aged 2-18 through in-home and center-based therapy while providing training opportunities for aspiring RBTs.
What You'll Do7
- 1Direct client support by implementing individualized ABA treatment plans created by a BCBA
- 2Teach communication social daily living and play skills using evidence-based reinforcement strategies
- 3Develop and execute behavior-reduction plans to address challenging behaviors
- 4Collect accurate real-time data on client progress during sessions
- 5Prepare therapy materials and maintain detailed session notes following company and insurance standards
- 6Collaborate with supervising BCBAs through regular communication and participation in team meetings
- 7Provide caregiver feedback under BCBA guidance while maintaining professional conduct and confidentiality
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons of experience in education or healthcare
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4BCBA credential required
- 5AWS Certified cloud computing knowledge beneficial
- 6Kubernetes deployment experience advantageous
- 7Proficiency in Python and React frameworks demonstrated
- 8Strong analytical skills with data-collection software proficiency
- 9Ability to work flexible hours including after school schedules
- 10Commitment to supporting diverse client populations
