What You'll Do7

  • 1Implement personalized behavior intervention plans designed by clinical leaders, using ABA techniques and naturalistic teaching strategies.
  • 2Engage students in play-based activities that target communication, social, and self-help skills, adapting to each child's unique needs.
  • 3Collect and record session data on student progress and behavior, ensuring accurate documentation for clinical review.
  • 4Collaborate with teachers, families, and clinical supervisors to adjust strategies and celebrate milestones.
  • 5Maintain a safe, positive environment across home, school, and community settings, following all safety protocols.
  • 6Participate in paid training and coaching sessions to strengthen your skills in behavior management and therapeutic intervention.
  • 7Communicate openly with the care team, sharing observations and insights that shape treatment plans.

Requirements7

  • 1High School Diploma or GED
  • 2Flexible availability, including Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings and Saturdays
  • 3Proof of vaccinations: MMR, Varicella, COVID (CA mandated)
  • 4Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to sessions
  • 5Comfort working with diverse populations, including students with autism and developmental delays
  • 6Willingness to complete training and maintain required documentation
  • 7Ability to sit and stand frequently, and keep pace with active children; occasional lifting up to 20 pounds
