What You'll Do11
- 1Direct client support providing 1:1 ABA services using play‑based evidence‑based strategies
- 2Follow individualized treatment plans designed by Clinical Leaders
- 3Deliver services in homes schools centers and community settings
- 4Drive skill development in communication socialization and daily living
- 5Participate in joint sessions shadowing and in‑field coaching
- 6Assist with documentation review session preparation and treatment fidelity
- 7Support parent education conversations alongside Clinical Leaders
- 8Collaborate with Training and Operations teams for learning experience
- 9Own limited caseload with added responsibility under senior clinician supervision
- 10Implement behavior modification interventions aligned with physician recommendations
- 11Maintain compliance with safety standards and documentation requirements
Requirements8
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Psychology Child Development Childhood Education Special Education or Pediatric Therapy
- 22+ years of professional experience implementing behavior modification interventions
- 3Or 1+ year experience plus 12 semester units in Applied Behavior Analysis or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst certification
- 4Reliable transportation ability
- 5Proof of required vaccinations
- 6Comfort working with diverse populations
- 7Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 8Ability to complete training documentation and physical job requirements
Salary Insight
$29 - $32k per year
