Overview
Graham Behavior Services seeks a Part Time BCBA in Fanwood NJ. The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized intervention plans for individuals with autism. What You'll Do13
- 1Conduct initial and concurrent assessments and develop individualized treatment plans every six months
- 2Perform Functional Behavior Assessments and create Behavior Intervention Plans
- 3Review treatment plans with parents obtaining signatures before implementation
- 4Analyze client data weekly and update goals with client presence
- 5Bring instructional materials to sessions and provide direct services when behavior therapists are absent
- 6Train and supervise behavior therapists on skill acquisition programs and BIPs
- 7Email supervisor if supervision is unavailable
- 8Provide parents training on Applied Behavior Analysis strategies
- 9Assist caregivers in navigating IEPs and understanding autism principles
- 10Coordinate care between home school and service providers
- 11Supervise BCBA candidates and other trainees
- 12Attend required meetings and participate in internal projects
- 13Monitor children for signs of child abuse and report incidents immediately
Requirements5
- 1Solid knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and practice
- 2Experience with behavioral assessment and ethical standards in behavior analysis
- 3Understanding of developmental disabilities and associated cognitive educational vocational social challenges
- 4Advanced working knowledge of human development practices and ABA standards
- 5Proven ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Salary Insight
$65 - $110k per year
